saloona




Ingredients:
.a whole chicken cleaned and skin removed and cut
you can use any kinda of meat
.2tps oil
.1 big onion chopped
.4 cloves garlic, minced
.1 tomato chopped small
.2 Zucchini cut long
.2 potatoes cut big
.1 Eggplant cut
.2 carrots cut
.fresh long Green beans
.2tps tomato paste
.1 chicken bouillon cube
.salt to taste
.1tsp ground cumin
.1tps masala if u dont have that u can use curry
.2 cups of water or as much u need


Direction :
.Put the oil and onions & garlic with spices & chicken bouillon on heat untill golden then add the tomato and tomato paste leave it low heat untill tomato melt.
.then add the chicken and leave it on mid heat for 10 min,then
add all the vegetables then mix every thing then add water and salt
cook for 20 min or untill vegetables done.
(you can eat it with bread or steamed rice)

honey chicken






Ingredients:
.2 boneless chicken breast
.1tps oil
.1/4 cup honey
.3tps soy suace
.2tps worceswtershire sauce
.1tps musterard
.2tps hot sauce
.1tps cumin
.1tps fresh ginger
.2tps whaite vingar
.seplash of salt to tast

Deractions:
.mix all Ingredients in a bowl accept the ((chicken and oil))
.in a fryen pan heat the oil and cook the chicken on each dise untill
golden .
.when chicken golden reduce heat to simmer then add the honey mix to
the chicken simmer for 20 min or untill chicken is done.

french bread with




Ingredients:
.french bread half
.2 tomatoes, seeded and diced
.1/2 cup olive oil
.1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
.salt and pepper to taste
.4tsp ground walnut
.3garlic cloves
.parmesan cheese shreded

Directions:
.heat oven 350F
.in blender bring oliv oil, garlic, basil,walnut,and salt and pepper
blet on low for 3 min
.in bowl mix diced tomatoes and the blended mix
.put the mix on the bread then put on top the shreded parmesan cheese
. put in the oven for 15 to 20 min.

curry my way


((u can use any viggie you like))


Ingredients:
. 3 tsp peanut oil
. 1 large onions sliced
. 4 clove garlic smashed
. 2sp fresh ginger smashed
. 4 boneless chicken breast or with bone
. 3 carrot silced
. 1 cup mushrooms
. 1 cup chainese cabbage
. 1 cup long green beans
. 4 tsp curry (i add more but see how setrong you like it to be)
. 1 tsp cummin
. 2 tsp turmric
. 1 tsp sugar
. 2 tsp fish sause
. 1 can coconut milk (if you dont like coconut u can exchange with yougert)
. seplash of salt
. small can of tomato sause
. 1/2 cup of water
. red hot pepper (optinal) i like it spicey
. green long onion sliced


Directions :
.in pan heat peanut then add onion and garlic and ginger let it be dark goldsh add hot pepper and all dry spices cumen,curry,turmric and salt
.then add the chickn cook for 5 min
.then add tomato sause lil by lil add the coconut milk or yougert
add fish sause sugar then and all the veggie let cook for 20 min
to 30 min on mid heat last thing you do add green onion.

Cabbage Pie





Ingredients:
. 1 cabbage head
. 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
. 1 cup of uncooked white rice
. 1 larg diced red onion
. 1 diced tomato
. 4 tsp tbsp tomato paste
. 3 cloves of garlic, smashed
. 2tsp of olive oil
. 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro
. salt to tast
. 2 sp cumin
. 2sp garlic powder

Direction:
. heat oven 400f
.boil cabbage leaves in water foe 15 min
In a pie plate, arrange leaves in a rosette, with ribs
in center of plate, and the leaves hanging over the edge
of the dish then put it on the side.
.in a pan put heat olive oil the Saute onion, garlic then
add ground beef brown it then add cumin salt and garlic mix well
.then add tomato and tomato paste mix well then add rice let it
cook for 15 min on medium heat .
. then place on top of cabbage Fold cabbage leaves over the filling
add 1/2 water so it don't buren Cover with foil and bake 30 min.

cream masala shrimp





Ingredients:
. 2sp olive oil
. 2sp butter
. 1 fresh tomato diced small
. 1 large red onions, sliced
. 2 cloves garlic, smashed
. 1 bag of jumbo shrimp or 1 lb of fresh shrimp cleaned
. 4sp creamey masala spice
. 1/2 water
. salt to tast
. 1ts ground cumin
. 1 chicken bouillon cube

Directions :
.in pan heat olive oil then add onion and garlic let it be dark goldsh
. then add creamey masala ground cumin
chicken bouillon cube and mix well.
.add tomato leave it to cook on medium heat for 2 to 3 min
then smash the tomato
.then add shrimp and mix every thing well leav it on heat untill shrimp
cooked.
.then add water as much as you like then leae it to cook for 15 min on
low heat.
serve with steamed white rice

stuffed pepper middle eastern style







Ingredients:
stuffing
. 1 fresh tomato diced small
. 1 large red onions, diced small
. 2 cloves garlic, minced
. 1/2cup cilantro chopped
. 1 chicken bouillon cube
. salt to taste
. 1tsp ground cumin
. 1 lb ground lean beef
. 1cup short grain rice wash and soak it for about 30 minutes

. 6 large bell pepper any colour washed inside out and cut at the top
keep the top part u cut remove seeds
. 2 potato slices thick
. 2 can tomato sause
. grlic powder
Direction :
. mix all stufft Ingredients well with clean washed hand.
. then stuff pepper and put the top of the pepper back on.
. put the potato slice in the bottom of the pan even what
ever lift put on the side the put the stufft pepper on
top of the potato like in the pics.
. what ever lift from the potato just put them on top or
around.
. take the tomato suace in blender put tomato sause garlic powder
and salt
. fill up the pan with tomato sause and a lil of water then cover it
up cook on meddium heat
45 to 1 hour.
