cream masala shrimp





Ingredients:
. 2sp olive oil
. 2sp butter
. 1 fresh tomato diced small
. 1 large red onions, sliced
. 2 cloves garlic, smashed
. 1 bag of jumbo shrimp or 1 lb of fresh shrimp cleaned
. 4sp creamey masala spice
. 1/2 water
. salt to tast
. 1ts ground cumin
. 1 chicken bouillon cube

Directions :
.in pan heat olive oil then add onion and garlic let it be dark goldsh
. then add creamey masala ground cumin
chicken bouillon cube and mix well.
.add tomato leave it to cook on medium heat for 2 to 3 min
then smash the tomato
.then add shrimp and mix every thing well leav it on heat untill shrimp
cooked.
.then add water as much as you like then leae it to cook for 15 min on
low heat.
serve with steamed white rice

this dish is fast to make 20 to 30 min
i cook this dish when i have no time or i forgat to take beef oe chicken out of the freezer
shrip dont take a long time to cook so ifu feel
u runing late on dinner try it .
