stuffed pepper middle eastern style







Ingredients:
stuffing
. 1 fresh tomato diced small
. 1 large red onions, diced small
. 2 cloves garlic, minced
. 1/2cup cilantro chopped
. 1 chicken bouillon cube
. salt to taste
. 1tsp ground cumin
. 1 lb ground lean beef
. 1cup short grain rice wash and soak it for about 30 minutes

. 6 large bell pepper any colour washed inside out and cut at the top
keep the top part u cut remove seeds
. 2 potato slices thick
. 2 can tomato sause
. grlic powder
Direction :
. mix all stufft Ingredients well with clean washed hand.
. then stuff pepper and put the top of the pepper back on.
. put the potato slice in the bottom of the pan even what
ever lift put on the side the put the stufft pepper on
top of the potato like in the pics.
. what ever lift from the potato just put them on top or
around.
. take the tomato suace in blender put tomato sause garlic powder
and salt
. fill up the pan with tomato sause and a lil of water then cover it
up cook on meddium heat
45 to 1 hour.
