curry my way


((u can use any viggie you like))


Ingredients:
. 3 tsp peanut oil
. 1 large onions sliced
. 4 clove garlic smashed
. 2sp fresh ginger smashed
. 4 boneless chicken breast or with bone
. 3 carrot silced
. 1 cup mushrooms
. 1 cup chainese cabbage
. 1 cup long green beans
. 4 tsp curry (i add more but see how setrong you like it to be)
. 1 tsp cummin
. 2 tsp turmric
. 1 tsp sugar
. 2 tsp fish sause
. 1 can coconut milk (if you dont like coconut u can exchange with yougert)
. seplash of salt
. small can of tomato sause
. 1/2 cup of water
. red hot pepper (optinal) i like it spicey
. green long onion sliced


Directions :
.in pan heat peanut then add onion and garlic and ginger let it be dark goldsh add hot pepper and all dry spices cumen,curry,turmric and salt
.then add the chickn cook for 5 min
.then add tomato sause lil by lil add the coconut milk or yougert
add fish sause sugar then and all the veggie let cook for 20 min
to 30 min on mid heat last thing you do add green onion.
