saloona




Ingredients:
.a whole chicken cleaned and skin removed and cut
you can use any kinda of meat
.2tps oil
.1 big onion chopped
.4 cloves garlic, minced
.1 tomato chopped small
.2 Zucchini cut long
.2 potatoes cut big
.1 Eggplant cut
.2 carrots cut
.fresh long Green beans
.2tps tomato paste
.1 chicken bouillon cube
.salt to taste
.1tsp ground cumin
.1tps masala if u dont have that u can use curry
.2 cups of water or as much u need


Direction :
.Put the oil and onions & garlic with spices & chicken bouillon on heat untill golden then add the tomato and tomato paste leave it low heat untill tomato melt.
.then add the chicken and leave it on mid heat for 10 min,then
add all the vegetables then mix every thing then add water and salt
cook for 20 min or untill vegetables done.
(you can eat it with bread or steamed rice)
