Garlic Carrot Rice with Chicken flavor
serving sizes 4
Ingredients:
. 4 boneless chicken breast
. 2 cup jasmine wash and soak it for about 30 minutes
. 3carrot shredded
. 1 ts olive oil
. a whole garlic head clove peeled
. 2 tps tomato paste
. 3 tps butter
. 3 cups water
Direction :
. in cook pan put the oilve oil then add chicken let it cook for 10 min each side.
. add the shredded carrot to the chicken unill the carrot melt givr it 5 min.
. remover the chicken with out the carrot out of the pan and put in a oven pan .
. add the garlic clove to the carrot then add rice and the water and salt then mix
it then Wrap Aluminum Foil and close it tight with the led cook on medium heat
untill done.
. take the butter and the tomato paste togather in bowl put it in the microwave
untill butter melt mix them the dip the chicken in the mix and what ever lift just
add to the chicken put it in the oven for 30 min on 400 fahrenheit.

the sauce lift from the chicken u can mix with the rice .
